Grupa INCO, the Polish manufacturer behind brands including Ludwik, Florovit and Azofoska, increased revenue by more than PLN 26 million in 2025 to a record PLN 502.6 million. Net profit reached PLN 61.7 million. Household chemicals were the main growth driver, while Ludwik strengthened its leadership in Poland’s dishwashing-liquid market.
According to the company, revenue grew by more than 5% year on year despite a difficult environment for fast-moving consumer goods, where consumers are spending more but buying less by volume.
“In 2025 we increased revenue to PLN 502.6 million and generated PLN 61.7 million in net profit. These results are particularly valuable because the Polish FMCG market is growing in value while losing volume,” said Sławomir Józefiak, CEO of Grupa INCO.
Citing NielsenIQ data, Józefiak noted that consumer spending in the market increased by more than 5% in 2025 while volumes fell by almost 2%.
Household chemicals drive growth
Two product groups performed particularly strongly. Value sales of dishwasher products increased by 11.49%, while dishwashing-liquid sales rose by 7.56%.
Ludwik retained its position as the leading dishwashing-liquid brand in Poland by tonnage. Its market share increased by 3.2 percentage points to 35.6% in 2025, according to NielsenIQ data cited by the company.
Grupa INCO also reported a strong position in fertilisers sold under the Florovit and Azofoska brands. GfK data cited by the company indicate that its products accounted for 24% of category sales by value.
Scandinavia and the UK are new export priorities
The group continues to expand abroad. Sales of private-label products in Central European markets increased by 8.7%, while exports to the Middle East stabilised.
Egypt remains one of the more promising markets for Ludwik, which has been present there for years. Sales in Egypt rose 18.9% year on year, creating room for additional products and categories. The company is now focusing its next phase of export development on Scandinavia and the United Kingdom.
PLN 248 million investment programme
Grupa INCO is implementing a 2024–2028 strategy that was updated in 2025 to reflect the company’s larger scale and investment opportunities. Planned capital expenditure over the period has been increased by 20% from the original assumptions to PLN 248 million.
The money is being directed toward production capacity, automation, infrastructure modernisation and product and geographic expansion.
“We are consistently investing in the areas where we see the greatest growth potential. Household chemicals — particularly dishwasher capsules — are a priority. At the same time, we are strengthening our second core pillar, garden and agricultural fertilisers,” Józefiak said.
In household chemicals, the company is launching production of multi-chamber powder-gel and gel capsules for dishwashers and laundry at its Borów and Koniecpol plants.
One of the largest new-product projects is being implemented at the production facility in Susz. It focuses on processing organic waste into fertiliser using biological processes designed to reduce energy consumption. The project is supported through EU-linked funding programmes under Poland’s recovery and modern-economy funds.
Marketing spending also rises
Grupa INCO significantly increased marketing activity in 2025. The company says promotional expenditure reached the highest level in its history and included campaigns supporting the launch of Ludwik Maxx Power Plus capsules across television, radio, online media, trade marketing and influencer partnerships.
Promotional support was also expanded for the company’s garden-fertiliser brands.
The results underline the position of a Polish-owned consumer-goods group competing in categories dominated by international brands while also investing more heavily in manufacturing and exports.
