Exclusive AI Licensing Agreement for Gaming
As part of this partnership, AImmersive Inc. will grant Ice Code Games a long-term license to utilize BrainWave AI and the AIm-3.3-12B model, along with future versions of the technology.
- The license will be valid for 99 years, ensuring long-term access to cutting-edge AI advancements.
- For the first 24 months, Ice Code Games will have exclusive rights to use the technology in PC and console games, giving it a first-mover advantage.
