On April 1, Izolbet officially merged with Holcim Polska, marking another key milestone in the integration of both companies and the expansion of a comprehensive construction materials portfolio.
Founded in 1994, Izolbet specialized in the production of high-quality waterproofing materials, construction chemicals, and polystyrene, while building a nationwide distribution network. Since 2022, the company had been part of the Holcim Group, and as of April 1, it has become a fully integrated part of Holcim Polska.
The integration is expected to deliver tangible value to customers. By combining the competencies and product portfolios of both organizations, the company aims to offer more comprehensive and consistent solutions while simplifying cooperation processes—from technical advisory services to commercial support. According to Adam Pawlak, General Director of Insulation and Construction Chemicals, the goal is to ensure greater product availability, improved coordination, and a single, strong partner for investment projects.
The merger is designed to fully leverage the potential of both organizations and further strengthen the product offering in response to the evolving needs of modern construction. The integration will enable the development of a unified portfolio, covering everything from structural materials to advanced construction chemicals and insulation systems.
Importantly, Izolbet-branded products will remain available without changes. In the coming months, the company will focus solely on standardizing product packaging, a process that will be carried out gradually to ensure uninterrupted product availability and maintain high standards of customer service. This was emphasized by Anna Majorek, Marketing Director for Construction Chemicals and Insulation Materials.
Beyond operational integration, the merger is also expected to enhance sales synergies and support a more comprehensive customer service model, addressing both large-scale infrastructure projects and individual construction needs.
Holcim Polska continues to develop its portfolio toward modern and sustainable building systems, responding to growing market expectations in terms of quality, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
As of April 1, Holcim Polska is the official manufacturer of Izolbet-branded materials.
