Matexi Polska Group has summarised its financial results for 2025. The developer recorded a significant increase in the scale of its operations, raising consolidated revenue from apartment sales by more than half compared with the previous year, to nearly PLN 0.5 billion. The past year was also a period of intensive handovers of completed apartments to customers. In 2026, the group plans to hand over around 300 units and continue developing its residential offer in Warsaw and Kraków.

Consolidated revenue from apartment sales amounted to PLN 468.8 million last year, compared with PLN 303.6 million a year earlier. This represents growth of 54.4% year on year. Matexi Polska Group also achieved PLN 79.9 million in net profit, excluding the impact of reorganisation, compared with PLN 37 million generated in 2024.

The past year was a very intensive period for the handover of completed units. Across all projects, a total of 439 apartments were handed over to customers, around 55% more than a year earlier, when 282 units were delivered.

“The results achieved confirm the effectiveness of our development strategy and the organisation’s very good preparation for carrying out investments in a demanding market environment. The past year was a period of accumulated handovers of completed apartments, which directly translated into a significant increase in revenue and improved profitability. Timely execution of all projects in line with adopted schedules and maintaining strong financial discipline were of key importance. As a result, we entered 2026 in very good financial condition, with a stable land bank and a prepared portfolio of new investments that will support the group’s further dynamic development,” said Zofia Szymońska, Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board at Matexi Polska.

In the first quarter of 2026, Matexi Polska Group handed over 27 completed apartments to customers. For the full current year, the developer plans to deliver around 300 units.

The group is also consistently expanding its residential offer, focusing primarily on locations where it already has an established market position. In the first quarter of this year, it launched sales of the Verdea Żoliborz project, located at 6A Przasnyska Street in Warsaw. The seven-storey building will include 67 apartments, an underground garage with storage units and bicycle boxes, as well as seven retail and service units on the ground floor.

In mid-May, customers were presented with the unique Apartamenty Józefińska 16 development, located in the heart of Kraków’s Old Podgórze district. The boutique residence will comprise 45 apartments and nine retail and service units on the ground floor. This year, the developer also plans to launch another project in Warsaw.

Matexi Polska Group currently has a land bank enabling the development of more than 3,000 apartments, placing it among the leading developers operating on the Polish market.

On 2 January 2025, Matexi Polska Group underwent a reorganisation, under which shares in Matexi Polska Sp. z o.o., expressed at market value, were contributed to Matexi Polska Holding & Finance S.A. to cover newly created shares. The market value of these shares consisted of the value of consolidated net assets increased by the revaluation of the group’s projects to their market value.

Due to the handover in 2025 of some apartments in projects included in the revaluation, the group’s consolidated net result for 2025 was reduced by the value of their revaluation, amounting to approximately PLN 103.4 million in 2025. As a result, the consolidated net result according to the Consolidated Financial Statements for 2025 amounted to approximately PLN -23.5 million, meaning a loss.
