On June 24, the Supervisory Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding appointed Henryka Bochniarz as the new Chair of the Supervisory Board. In the previous term, the position was held by Piotr Walter.
Henryka Bochniarz is a recognized leader in Polish business, an economist, and a long-time advocate for social dialogue and the development of a free market economy. She is the founder and long-serving President of Lewiatan Confederation, an organization representing Polish entrepreneurs, and currently serves as Chair of its General Council. She is also the creator of the Leadership Academy supporting the development of women and men in leadership roles, and a co-founder of the Congress of Women. Bochniarz is a former Minister of Industry and Trade, a philanthropist, and a strong supporter of equality and diversity in management.
The new Supervisory Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding, appointed by the General Meeting on June 23, consists of:
