The Supervisory Board of GTC S.A., a leading developer and investor in commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe and active also in the German market, has appointed Małgorzata Czaplicka as the new President of the Management Board. A seasoned executive, Czaplicka has been with the company for 15 years, focusing on capital market activities and strategic stakeholder relations.
Since 2010, Małgorzata Czaplicka served as Director of Investor Relations at GTC S.A., and since January 2025, she also held the role of Chief Financial Markets Officer. In this position, she was responsible for developing and implementing the company’s capital market strategy. Working closely with the Management Board, she played a key role in projects related to capital raising, managing debt instruments listed on stock exchanges in Warsaw, Johannesburg, Budapest, and Euronext, and securing financing for GTC’s investment strategy.
Her responsibilities also included oversight of ESG initiatives and chairing the Green Bond Committee, in addition to acting as the Company Secretary.
Earlier in her career, Czaplicka held senior positions in investor relations and finance at leading companies in Poland’s media and telecommunications sectors. She holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and has studied at Deakin University in Warrnambool, Australia, as well as at the Kozminski University, where she completed a postgraduate program titled “Professional Member of a Supervisory Board.”
Małgorzata Czaplicka was appointed President of the Management Board of GTC S.A. effective May 28, succeeding Gyula Nagy, who had held the position since August 2023.
