On October 1, 2025, Grzegorz Laudy took over as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at BLIK and simultaneously joined the management board of Polski Standard Płatności (PSP). On the board, he will work alongside PSP CEO Dariusz Mazurkiewicz, Vice President Monika Król, and Katarzyna Matuszczyk, CFO of the BLIK Group.
Grzegorz Laudy brings more than 20 years of experience in the banking and financial sector, both as an IT systems integrator and as a strategic consultant. In recent years, he served as Head of FI Practice at BCG Platinion, where he was responsible for developing the advisory practice for financial institutions in Central and Eastern Europe, supporting major banks and organizations in carrying out technological and business transformations. As the new Chief Technology Officer, he will oversee the development of BLIK’s technology strategy, further strengthening the IT team, and supporting PSP’s business growth plans.

Laudy has been involved in technology consulting and the financial sector for over two decades. He spent nearly 17 years at Accenture, where he delivered transformation projects for leading financial institutions in Poland and across Europe. Since 2019, his career has been tied to BCG Platinion, where, from 2024, he served as Managing Director and led the financial institutions practice in Central and Eastern Europe. He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology.
