Grażyna Sudzińska-Amroziewicz appointed as the president of LINK4

The Supervisory Board of LINK4 SA has appointed Grażyna Sudzińska-Amroziewicz as a member of the LINK4 Board, giving her the position of CEO, subject to the approval of the Financial Supervision Authority. The appointment takes place from August 10, 2024. Until the approval of KNF is obtained, Sudzińska-Amroziewicz will perform the duties of CEO of LINK4.

The appointment is for the joint term of the LINK4 management board, which started on January 1, 2024, and will last for two full calendar years.

Before her appointment as the CEO of LINK4, Sudzińska-Amroziewicz, as a member of LINK4’s Supervisory Board, was delegated to temporarily perform the duties of the company’s CEO. She is an economist by education and has been professionally associated with the insurance industry for 22 years. Initially, she specialized in audit and financial review projects, then held key managerial positions in entities operating in the property insurance, life insurance, and pension market. Her managerial experience includes finance, operations, and product management. From 2007 to 2016, she headed the property insurance area of the Aviva Group in Poland. Her key areas of competence and interest include improving and stabilizing financial results, creating and effectively implementing products, using new distribution channels, improving efficiency through customer-friendly service solutions, and integrating processes to ensure the highest possible benefits of scale and synergy.

Since 2017, she has been professionally active on various supervisory boards. She was a member of the supervisory boards of VRG SA and Prime Car Management SA. She is currently a member of the supervisory board of Sanok Rubber Company SA. She also acts as a mentor for a group of students at the Leon Kozminski Academy. She has also attended specialized finance and management courses, organized by, among others, London Business School and CEDEP.
