On March 20, in the heart of Warsaw, Generali Real Estate officially opened its Polish branch office. Located at Senatorska 18 in the historic Jabłonowski Palace, the new office will serve as the operational hub for the company’s investment and asset management division, focusing on the dynamically growing markets of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), with a particular emphasis on Poland.
Until now, operations in the region were managed from the company’s CEE office in Prague. The decision to establish a Warsaw-based branch is a result of Generali Real Estate’s ongoing growth and a response to the increasing demand for local strategic investment support and asset management in key markets across the region. Having a local Asset Management team will allow the firm to work more closely with business partners and respond more effectively to evolving market conditions.
“Opening our office in Warsaw is a milestone in our expansion strategy. Poland, as one of the leaders in economic growth in the CEE region, is a key market for us, and having a presence here enables us to support our clients even better,” said Filip Ševčík, Head of Generali Real Estate Poland.
The event was attended by business representatives, investment market experts, and company partners. The symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony marked not just the official start of operations, but also an opportunity to highlight Generali Real Estate’s long-term plans for the region.
The Warsaw office is set to become a hub for investment analysis and asset management experts, as well as a place for strengthening relationships with key business partners.
