The Supervisory Board of Bank Pocztowy has decided to appoint Jędrzej Marciniak to the Management Board of the Bank for its 12th term of office as of 1 July 2026. He will serve as Vice-President of the Management Board and will temporarily lead the work of the Management Board.
On 8 June 2026, following the conclusion of an open qualification procedure, the Supervisory Board of Bank Pocztowy resolved to appoint Jędrzej Marciniak to the Management Board of the Bank for its 12th term of office as of 1 July 2026. The Board also decided to entrust him with the position of Vice-President of the Management Board and with the temporary leadership of the Management Board’s work, until the resolution of the Bank’s Supervisory Board appointing the President of the Management Board for the 12th term of office enters into force.
The Supervisory Board also decided to apply to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority for approval for Jędrzej Marciniak to serve as President of the Management Board of the Bank.

Jędrzej Marciniak is a graduate of master’s studies in Economics and Organisation of Production at the Poznań University of Economics and Business. He also completed postgraduate studies in Digital Marketing Strategies at Columbia Business School / Emeritus.
