The final inflation reading for October confirmed earlier estimates, showing an annual increase of 2.80% year-on-year and 0.10% month-on-month. This marks the lowest inflation level recorded this year, with the pace of disinflation accelerating significantly — especially compared with the market’s initial forecast of 3.00%.

According to the November inflation projection published by the National Bank of Poland (NBP), inflation expectations through the end of 2027 remain firmly within the central bank’s target range of 2.5% +/- 1 percentage point. The projection reinforces the view that inflationary pressures are stabilising and that price dynamics are broadly aligned with the NBP’s medium-term objectives.
