Farm Innovations S.A. has submitted its information document in connection with its planned debut on the NewConnect market. For the past nine years, the company has been developing technologies for monitoring farm and domestic animals, using subcutaneous chips and devices that record health parameters and activity in real time.
“Submitting the information document to the Warsaw Stock Exchange is a key milestone on our path toward becoming a public company on NewConnect. We expect the debut to take place in the first quarter of 2026. Our goal is to demonstrate that Polish innovation in the vet-tech sector has real potential for growth and expansion not only domestically, but also across Europe,” said Sebastian Przeniosło, CEO of Farm Innovations S.A.
The company’s business model combines technology with services supporting breeders and animal owners. Farm Innovations is also introducing next-generation thermochips that allow non-invasive measurement of body temperature, improving both monitoring accuracy and animal comfort. In addition, the company is expanding its animal insurance segment, working with industry partners to build a comprehensive technology-and-services ecosystem.
Thanks to these solutions, breeders and pet owners can respond more quickly to potential risks, enhance the effectiveness of care, and increase livestock productivity.
In its most recent share issue, Farm Innovations raised PLN 4.69 million. The funds came from both existing shareholders and new investors and will be used to support the company’s further development.
