COMPANIESFabrity S.A. Signs New Framework Agreement with FRONTEX for IT Services

Fabrity S.A. (WSE: FAB) has signed a new framework agreement with the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (FRONTEX) for the provision of IT services in a “far-site” delivery model. The agreement, awarded under the tender procedure FRONTEX/2024/OP/0002, covers what is known as Lot 2.

The contract is one of up to ten framework agreements awarded by FRONTEX in this tender out of 33 applicants. Companies selected for the framework will compete for individual implementation contracts through a “reopening of competition” model. This means each company’s share of the overall budget will depend on its performance in subsequent internal competitive bidding rounds.

The net budget for Lot 2 is capped at €35 million, with the possibility of increasing to €52.5 million (+50%) upon approval by FRONTEX and all framework contractors. The initial agreement is valid for 24 months, with the option for two automatic extensions of 12 months each—bringing the total possible duration to four years.

Fabrity is also awaiting the results of the second part of the same tender—Lot 1—which covers “on-site” and “near-site” service delivery. The company submitted a bid for this lot as well, competing with 30 other companies and consortia. The net budget for Lot 1 is €40 million, potentially increasing to €60 million, under the same terms as Lot 2. Combined, the total budget for both lots may reach up to €112.5 million (approximately PLN 480 million).

“We have been working with FRONTEX since 2016, and signing this new framework agreement confirms our position as a trusted partner in delivering complex IT projects for public sector institutions,” said Tomasz BurczyƄski, CEO of Fabrity S.A.

“The areas covered by the agreement are crucial for the continuity of the Agency’s operational systems. We are hopeful that the second part of the tender will also conclude in our favor,” he added.

The scope of services includes application development and implementation, data and system integration, business analysis, project management, IT architecture, cybersecurity, and technology consulting.
