COMPANIESEuvic Continues M&A Strategy with Execon Acquisition

Polish IT group Euvic continues to pursue its growth strategy through acquisitions, strengthening key industry competencies. The company plans to acquire 100% of shares in Execon, a firm specializing in projects for the telecommunications sector, AI adoption, portals and e-commerce, as well as API management solutions that ensure business security and scalability. The transaction reflects a broader trend of consolidation in the IT services market, where scale has become a critical competitive advantage for both clients and business partners. Euvic is consistently expanding its capabilities, including those related to AI, tailored to selected industry segments.

A key strength of Execon lies in its experience, particularly in working with telecommunications companies, where system modernization, automation, and cybersecurity are closely tied to stringent operational and regulatory requirements. An important element of the transaction is also the further development of Execon’s proprietary technology, Q247. This solution is designed to measure the efficiency of software development processes, particularly in an era where IT teams are increasingly supported by AI agents. As part of the deal, the product will be spun off into a dedicated entity along with part of the team. Euvic will take a stake in this entity and plans to use Q247 internally while also commercializing the solution for its clients.

“Joining the Euvic Group gives us the opportunity to operate at a larger scale and access a broader ecosystem of competencies. This will translate into faster and higher-quality project delivery for all our clients. We bring significant sector expertise to the Group—telecommunications remains a key part of our revenue, and we intend to strengthen this further. We also see strong synergy potential in areas related to automation and AI, including the development and wider adoption of our Q247 platform,” said Artur Lempkowski.

In the context of expanding its offering for the telecom sector, Execon’s competencies and technological partnerships play a key role. These include collaborations with Bloomreach, SingleStore, SAS, and Kong Inc.. The latter provides a cloud-based platform for API management, enabling, among other things, the secure deployment of artificial intelligence and the transition to an “API-first” model. This approach ensures flexibility, scalability, and responsiveness to changing business needs and conditions. The collaboration aligns with Euvic Group’s broader strategy, which includes expanding its offering through technology partnerships.

“We are pleased to welcome such an experienced team to our Group. Execon has an excellent understanding of the market and many years of experience in delivering projects for telecom clients. Together, we will create a unique and comprehensive offering for this customer segment,” commented Wojciech Wolny.
