Euro Styl, a leading residential developer in the Tri-City area and a member of the Dom Development Group, has appointed a new president. At the end of September, the position was assumed by Filip Nawratil, a manager who has been with the company for 18 years.

Filip Nawratil has been with Euro Styl since the very beginning of his professional career in 2007. Over the years, he has gained experience in various areas of the company’s operations — working as a site engineer, construction manager, deputy technical director, and, in recent years, as project manager in the land acquisition and investment departments. He has also collaborated on the execution of industrial projects.
This broad experience allows him to thoroughly understand and manage the entire investment process — from land acquisition and design to construction supervision and handover of apartments to clients. Nawratil holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Warmia and Mazury.

The vice-presidents of the company — Magdalena Reńska and Jarosław Górski — will continue in their current roles.
