E-commerce platform ERLI has summed up the first three quarters of 2025, posting historic results and one of the strongest quarters in its history. From January to September 2025, the gross merchandise value (GMV) of products sold on the platform reached PLN 1.29 billion, marking a 52% year-on-year increase. Total payment volume (TPV) amounted to PLN 1.37 billion, while the number of transactions exceeded 6.3 million (+57%). ERLI’s revenues rose 62% to PLN 189.7 million, and operating profit (EBITDA) reached PLN 15.4 million — an increase of as much as 95% compared with the previous year.

In the third quarter alone, GMV reached PLN 462.6 million (+50% y/y), with revenues of PLN 69.3 million (+61%) and record efficiency — Q3 EBITDA nearly tripled to PLN 6.5 million.

Dynamic Sales Growth and a Rapidly Increasing User Base

After the first nine months of 2025, ERLI has more than 6 million registered users, with 1.44 million joining this year alone. Moreover, 1.36 million users made their first purchase — 19% more than in the same period of 2024. Users bought over 15 million products (+59% y/y), and more than 5,000 new sellers joined the platform.

The strongest growth dynamics in Q3 2025 were seen in the following categories:

  • Culture and Entertainment (+107% GMV y/y)
  • Beauty (+92% y/y)
  • Automotive (+76% y/y)
  • Supermarket (+68% y/y)
  • Electronics (+53% y/y)

Mobile Growth and an Enhanced User Experience

ERLI’s mobile app recorded robust growth and has become the platform’s main shopping channel — already accounting for over 60% of GMV. Its success stems from continuous investments in user experience, speed, and personalization.

Rising app conversion rates are due in part to new sales features such as the digital Promotional Flyer (e-Gazetka), which won a 2025 Blix Award – Consumer Choice in the “Trends and Innovations” category. The solution was recognized for modern use of online marketing tools and a comprehensive approach to the shopping journey.


Technology and Competitive Advantage

ERLI continues to develop AI-based tools that automate product recommendations and streamline customer service.

As part of its strategy to build trust and loyalty, the platform introduced a Lowest Price Guarantee, freeing buyers from the need to compare prices across competitors and ensuring they always choose the most competitive offer on the market.

Outlook: A Record Year-End Within Reach
