Ekipa Holding S.A., listed on NewConnect, has published its financial results for the third quarter of 2025. Consolidated revenue for the period amounted to PLN 24.77 million, compared to PLN 17.59 million a year earlier — an increase of 40.8%. Net profit reached PLN 2 million, up from PLN 1.46 million in the same period last year, marking a 36.7% improvement.
For the first three quarters of 2025, consolidated revenue totalled PLN 64.16 million, compared with PLN 58.53 million in the corresponding period of 2024 — a nearly 10% increase. Net profit for the nine-month period, however, amounted to PLN 1.81 million, down from PLN 6.84 million the year before, representing a 74% decline.
“Above all, I am satisfied with the third quarter itself. We managed to return to net profitability. For many quarters, I have been emphasising the growing scale of our operations, which is clearly reflected in rising revenue. However, this year is unique for us. Due to settlement processes related to the film ‘100 Days to Graduation’ and the resulting timeline shifts, our results should be viewed from the perspective of the entire 2025 fiscal year. Only then will we see the completion — and importantly, the settlement — of our key projects,”

“Twoje 5 Minut 3” – A Key Project of the Quarter
The most significant event of the period was the completion of “Twoje 5 Minut 3”, an online talent show produced by Ekipa Management aimed at discovering new influencers. The winner of the competition was Zbigniew “Zbychu” Król5. As a result of the show, Ekipa significantly expanded its talent roster, adding 11 new creators in total. After the show ended, Oliwia “Crazy Oliwka” Wawrzyniuk signed an individual contract with Ekipa, which includes support in launching her music career.
The success of “Twoje 5 Minut 3” led to the creation of new, specialised influencer groups who now publish daily content on their YouTube channels, with additional activity on Instagram and TikTok. Participants were divided into two formats:
- FAZA – entertainment-oriented content for older viewers, featuring dynamic challenges, bold humour, and an energetic style;
- BAZA – a family-friendly format for Generation Alpha, focusing on safe, positive content, playful activities, and community building.
Media Spotlight: Friz and Wersow’s Wedding and Documentary
On 18 August, Karol “Friz” Wiśniewski and Weronika “Wersow” Sowa announced their marriage. The news generated widespread engagement across their online communities and attracted significant media coverage. Simultaneously, a documentary film about their relationship was announced, premiering in cinemas on 3 October.
The film depicts their daily life, professional challenges, and a relationship that has endured media pressure and the test of time. During its opening weekend, the documentary attracted over 100,000 viewers, debuting at #1 in the national box office — one of the strongest openings for a Polish film this year.
New Subsidiaries: PORTALL and INFLUCENTER
On 26 September 2025, the company submitted an application to register a new subsidiary, PORTALL sp. z o.o. The goal was to separate and professionalise the rapidly growing influencer agency operations. PORTALL specialises in designing influencer-driven marketing campaigns tailored to brand needs — until now functioning within Ekipa Management.
Shortly after the reporting period, on 7 October 2025, the court registered another subsidiary under EKIPATONOSI sp. z o.o. — INFLUCENTER sp. z o.o. INFLUCENTER will be a modern retail space offering collections and products linked to influencer brands. The first physical store is planned to open in Kraków on 1 December 2025.
