Dorota Kościelniak becomes new regional director of Savills in Lower Silesia

Beginning in August, Dorota Kościelniak has joined the Savills Polska team, assuming the position of Regional Director in the Office Agency, Tenant Representation department. With over 20 years of managerial experience, she will lead the office in Wroclaw, where she will be responsible for business development and strengthening the company’s position in the capital of Lower Silesia and in the region.

Dorota Kościelniak is a highly regarded manager with an exceptionally rich managerial and transactional background. For over two decades, she has successfully assisted clients in searching, selecting, and renting optimal office spaces. With her excellent understanding of local market trends in Wroclaw, she provides strategic advice to both tenants and landlords, including investment funds in the field of commercialization and re-commercialization of buildings. The new director has participated and provided effective advisory in agreements for a total area of over 500 thousand sq m.

Before joining Savills Polska, Dorota Kościelniak headed the regional office of Colliers in Wroclaw for 7 years. Previously, from 2002-2017, she held the position of partner and director at Knight Frank. She has worked for many renowned Polish and foreign developers, investment funds, and tenants from various industries. She also has deals with due diligence processes in her portfolio.

Dorota Kościelniak is a licensed real estate broker and manager. Dorota is a graduate of the Wroclaw Agricultural Academy and the Wroclaw University of Technology in the field of real estate management and valuation. In her private life, she is passionate about horseback riding.
