DL Invest Group and Boosteroid are strengthening their cooperation under a joint venture focused on the development of large-scale AI data center infrastructure in Europe. The project is designed to support advanced computing applications, including artificial intelligence, cloud services and high-performance GPU environments.

As part of the initiative, the companies have signed a long-term agreement for AI infrastructure with a target capacity of 300 MW. The platform is intended for a major hyperscale customer and will be developed in cooperation with Argentum AI as the operator. The estimated value of the project is approximately USD 2.5 billion.

According to the companies, the undertaking is expected to become one of the larger independent AI computing infrastructure development programmes in Europe. The platform is being prepared to support advanced model training, next-generation inference, high-performance computing and GPU-intensive workloads.

A project based on real estate, energy and digital infrastructure

On the DL Invest Group side, the project will be based on real estate assets, access to secured energy infrastructure and expertise in development, construction and asset management. The company says it uses an integrated investment model covering the full project cycle — from site preparation and technical infrastructure, through construction, to long-term facility management.

Boosteroid is responsible for the technological and operational component of the project. The company operates GPU infrastructure and cloud services and, according to the information provided, manages a distributed network covering 29 data centers in international markets.

The new platform is to be designed for high computing density, advanced cooling and scalable computing capacity. The companies assume that the infrastructure will be able to support tens of thousands of latest-generation GPUs, including NVIDIA GB300-class systems.

Growing demand for AI computing power

The project reflects the rising demand for computing infrastructure driven by the development of artificial intelligence. Training large models, running inference workloads, high-performance computing and cloud services require increasing energy resources, properly prepared locations and specialised technical infrastructure.

For DL Invest Group, the initiative marks an expansion into digital infrastructure. The company is developing a platform combining commercial real estate, energy infrastructure and technological facilities for customers from the new technology sector.

Dominik Leszczyński, founder and CEO of DL Invest Group, said the cooperation with Boosteroid responds to the need to create scalable and secure computing infrastructure for artificial intelligence in Europe. In his view, the long-term agreement with a hyperscale customer confirms the importance of location, energy resources and development expertise in projects of this kind.

Boosteroid brings operational experience in GPU infrastructure

From Boosteroid’s perspective, the partnership with DL Invest Group is intended to enable the development of AI infrastructure in a model combining scale, energy access, real estate resources and operational experience. Ivan Shvaichenko, CEO of Boosteroid, emphasised that the project is being prepared to serve demanding hyperscale customers and global users of computing power.

The joint platform is expected to address market needs related to high computing density, operational reliability, advanced cooling and rapid scalability. These factors are particularly important for data centers designed for AI applications, where energy, cooling and uptime requirements are higher than in traditional IT infrastructure.

Europe builds its AI infrastructure base

The investment by DL Invest Group and Boosteroid is part of a broader trend of developing European infrastructure for artificial intelligence and cloud services. As demand for computing power grows, data centers are becoming one of the key segments of the infrastructure market.

For Europe, the development of local and regional computing capacity is also strategically important. Access to suitable infrastructure may influence the ability of technology companies, industrial businesses, financial institutions and public-sector entities to deploy AI solutions.

A project with a target capacity of 300 MW and an estimated value of around USD 2.5 billion shows that infrastructure for artificial intelligence is becoming an area of major capital investment. At the same time, it requires a combination of competencies from several fields: real estate, energy, technology, operational management and long-term financing.
