Smartlink Partners Fund Invests in DistrictORG Inc., Strengthening the Global Position of This Innovative AI Venture and Supporting the Development of a Virtual Innovation District.
Smartlink Partners has invested in DistrictORG Inc., a global holding company founded by the creator of CampusAI. This strategic investment aims to reinforce the position of this innovative initiative in the global AI solutions market while fostering the growth of a virtual innovation district.
DistrictORG Inc. is the driving force behind CampusAI, the world’s first AI-native school, which leverages gaming technologies and artificial intelligence to simulate an interactive educational and training environment.
CampusAI, in collaboration with leading scientists, has developed the proprietary Me+AI method, which enhances human potential by approximately 40% through the use of fundamental AI tools. In Poland alone, several thousand individuals have already benefited from this method, learning exclusively from digital avatars. This innovative approach allows millions of people to be trained quickly and at a low cost. The company’s mission is to democratize educational opportunities, ensuring that everyone can benefit from the ongoing technological revolution. The Me+AI method is technology-agnostic and focuses on the ethical development of AI collaboration skills, providing an alternative to widespread automation.
Education within the virtual CampusAI engages users in co-creating the innovation district, offering real-world applications of technology and serving as a safe training platform. Students’ final projects are promoted in media outlets such as hAI Magazine, and the best projects become part of the platform. Their authors can earn points, receive financial rewards, and even develop their own ideas within the CampusAI ecosystem.
“We are excited to join the early investors in DistrictORG, supporting the internationalization of this Polish startup. We see enormous demand for AI education and strongly believe in Aureliusz Górski’s vision. CampusAI already offers a wide range of educational programs that have benefited thousands of individuals and many leading companies. We are convinced that the District Engine technology for creating digital twins will enable the development of new business models and demonstrate how AI can be effectively implemented in organizations,” commented Bartłomiej Kurylak, Co-Managing Partner at Smartlink Partners.
CampusAI is just the beginning. DistrictORG Inc.’s goal is to provide unique AI-powered digital twin technology to visualize human-AI collaboration processes and enable interaction in a highly realistic manner. Founded by a Polish entrepreneur, the company has ambitious plans: by 2030, it aims to enhance the skills of over 50 million people and establish local “districts” in 40 countries, bringing together one million active co-creators.
“We are currently conducting user tests and will soon launch the world’s first virtual innovation district. Its gravitational center will be the virtual CampusAI building, but additional structures will emerge alongside it, developed in collaboration with partners. Initially, these will include digital twins of universities, startup incubation centers, industry hubs, and virtual showrooms of well-known brands. We have already signed agreements with 11 universities across Europe and are working with a real estate development firm to transfer faithful replicas of buildings into the digital district, creating in some cases a so-called ‘connected space,’” said Aureliusz Górski, CEO of DistrictORG and founder of CampusAI.
Smartlink Partners’ investment of PLN 3 million, combined with previous funding from JRH ASI, is a continuation of the Polish pre-seed round announced by CampusAI in June 2024. As part of this investment, Bartłomiej Kurylak, Managing Partner at Smartlink Partners, will join the Board of Directors of DistrictORG Inc. as a non-executive director.
To date, Smartlink Partners has completed nine investments and is in advanced investment processes with several other projects across multiple CEE countries. The fund invests in companies in the SaaS (HRtech, AI), Medtech, and Deeptech (Spacetech) sectors that not only have existing products but have also successfully tested them in their respective markets and are experiencing growing revenue traction—typically in seed to Series A funding rounds. Beyond providing financial support, the fund actively connects portfolio companies with business owners from its network, including entrepreneurs associated with CC. Additionally, Smartlink Partners’ team members are eager to collaborate with portfolio companies in securing subsequent investment rounds.
