COMPANIESDigitree Group Unveils 2025–2027 Strategy: Targeting PLN 150 Million in Revenue

Digitree Group, a Polish technology and marketing group, has announced its strategic roadmap for 2025–2027. After completing an intensive phase of organizational transformation, the company now moves forward with a clear action plan and strong growth ambitions. Its key shareholders include Euvic, Budmat, Hasco TM, Buffis, and the Śmiechowski Family Foundation.

Built on the foundation of its existing operations, Digitree Group aims to establish a more efficient advertising group poised to grow within the most promising segments of the digital marketing market. A key priority is to enhance synergies among subsidiaries and expand into rapidly growing areas. The group will focus on two main pillars: a robust technology segment and a strengthened agency division.

The company, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), is targeting consolidated revenues of PLN 150 million and a 7% EBITDA margin by 2027. Profits will be reinvested into development and acquisitions to support this vision.

Technology and Marketing Synergy

Digitree Group consolidates its core competencies in areas such as email marketing, mailing list management, marketing automation, digital media, and end-to-end campaign execution. Now, the company plans to go further—building a strong advertising group and expanding its services to include high-growth areas.

“We’ve come through a period of significant change and have done the hard work of reorganizing. With solid backing from our shareholders, we’re ready to scale and enter a phase of dynamic growth, both organically and through acquisitions,” said Tobiasz Wybraniec, CEO of Digitree Group. “Our competitive edge lies in our proprietary technologies, combined with the experience of our partners, delivering real value across every part of the group.”

The Two Growth Pillars: Tech and Agencies

The new strategy rests on two main pillars: a solid technological base (SARE, INIS, Fast White Cat) and a revitalized agency segment (JU:, Sales Intelligence), tailored to meet the needs of clients seeking modern, comprehensive marketing services.

According to the company’s leadership, the marketing industry is undergoing a major transformation. Traditional channels are losing relevance, while brands demand fast, measurable results powered by data and technology.

“The market is looking for a new type of marketing group—agile, tech-driven, and results-focused. Our strategy is concrete: the subsidiaries remain profitable and autonomous, while we enhance group-level sales to deliver a unified and complementary digital services package,” Wybraniec added.

New Focus Areas: Influencers and AI

As part of its announced strategy, Digitree Group is entering fast-growing digital marketing sectors that outperform traditional formats. These include influencer marketing, social-first content, and advanced AI-driven SEO.

“We’re building something new atop the solid base of the old Digitree. We’ve already done the hard work—now we’re moving to the next level. Our goal is to be a smart advertising group delivering results from strategy to measurable ROI,” said Wybraniec.

The group plans to enhance capabilities in influencer and social-first marketing to engage younger audiences and boost brand credibility. It also intends to develop next-gen SEO using AI and large language models (LLMs). Simultaneously, Digitree will strengthen its media expertise and further automate its marketing activities—enabling full-service management of large campaigns supported by advanced data analytics.

“Breaking down silos, streamlining processes, and building a unified front are essential to business growth. This isn’t theory—it’s our actual growth plan. In this model, profits are reinvested into development and acquisitions,” Wybraniec explained. He emphasized that the goal is not to operate as a loose holding of companies, but as a synergistic ecosystem where each entity has clear business goals and benefits from shared technology, skills, and—when possible—sales efforts.

Profitability with Autonomy

Maintaining profitability and autonomy for each subsidiary remains a key priority. Each company focuses on its own sales efforts while cooperating in areas where shared initiatives create value—especially in agency services.

The management is aiming for strong organic growth supported by strategic acquisitions in high-potential areas. The goal: PLN 150 million in consolidated revenues and a 7% EBITDA margin by 2027, translating into tangible value for shareholders.

“Our strategy enables Digitree to consistently deliver value to shareholders. Scaling revenues, ensuring profitability, and leveraging tech advantages—these are our priorities for the years ahead. We understand capital market expectations and will continue to keep investors informed about our progress,” said Przemysław Marcol, Member of the Management Board at Digitree Group.

Long-term, the group will continue to reinvest profits into organic development and acquisitions to strengthen its market position and shareholder value. Dividend decisions will be based on financial conditions, the pace of strategic execution, and long-term capital needs.
