In the first quarter of 2026, Develia sold 860 units under developer and preliminary agreements, compared with 951 in the first quarter of 2025 and 845 in the fourth quarter of 2025. The number of homes sold includes 131 units in projects acquired through the takeover of Bouygues Immobilier Polska and 8 units in projects carried out as part of joint ventures. During the past quarter, the developer handed over 1,205 homes, compared with 523 in the corresponding period of last year, representing an increase of 130%.
At the end of March this year, Develia also had 158 reservation agreements in place, which may in the near future be converted into developer agreements once customers make their decisions. At the end of 2025, the company had 48 such agreements, compared with 433 a year earlier.
“We are satisfied with the result achieved in the first quarter, especially when viewed in the context of the low level of reservations with which we entered 2026. We see the current market situation as stable and are maintaining our annual targets. Our sales analysis for the past quarter points to a rebound that became visible in March. We expect the market to continue seeing a limited number of new launches in the coming months, which is already translating into lower housing availability, especially in Warsaw. In this environment, we will focus on expanding our offer by launching new projects, which should support our sales performance in the second part of the year,” said Andrzej Oślizło, President of Develia.
This year, Develia plans to launch and begin construction of between 4,350 and 4,550 homes, with the majority scheduled for the first half of the year. In the first quarter, the developer introduced nearly 1,500 units for sale across 11 projects.
Between January and March 2026, the highest number of homes found buyers in the following projects: Unii Lubelskiej Vita in Poznań, M Bemowo and Aleje Praskie in Warsaw, Południe Vita in Gdańsk, and Centralna Vita in Kraków.
