“The second quarter confirmed stabilisation in the housing market, visible both in our sales results and in preliminary data from the largest cities. We sold slightly more apartments than in the first quarter, in line with expectations, and at the same time 19 percent more than a year earlier. The sales result after the first half of the year gives us grounds to maintain our annual sales target,” says Andrzej Oślizło, CEO of Develia. “The second quarter was another very strong period for us in terms of handovers, so we also expect very good financial results for the first half of the year,” he adds.

The highest number of apartments found buyers in the following projects: Bemowo Vita and Aleje Praskie in Warsaw, Centralna Vita in Kraków, and Przy Parku Vita in Wrocław.
