In 2025, Develia S.A. sold 3,345 residential units under developer and preliminary sale agreements—5% more than in 2024—thereby exceeding its annual target of 3,100–3,300 apartments. Over the year, the developer delivered 2,959 units, up 3% year on year. In the fourth quarter of 2025 alone, the company sold 845 apartments and handed over 996 to customers.
In total, Develia’s 2025 sales under developer and preliminary agreements amounted to 3,345 units, including 173 apartments in projects acquired through the takeover of Bouygues Immobilier Polska, and 28 units in joint-venture projects. The company recorded its strongest annual sales in the following developments: Aleje Praskie and Bemowo Vita in Warsaw, Orawska Vita in Wrocław, Centralna Vita and City Vibe in Kraków, Południe Vita in Gdańsk, and Unii Lubelskiej in Poznań. Last year, Develia delivered 2,959 units, compared with 2,865 in 2024.
At the end of 2025, Develia had 48 reservation agreements in place, which—subject to customer decisions—may soon be converted into developer contracts.
“For the second year in a row, we recorded record sales and exceeded our annual plan. At the same time, we delivered the highest number of apartments in the company’s history, meeting the target set at the beginning of the year. The results achieved in 2025 confirmed and strengthened our position among the very top players in the residential market,” said Andrzej Oślizło, President of Develia.
“The very strong sales result in the final quarter of last year—70% higher than in the same period of 2024—confirms the market recovery that has been visible for several months. This year, we expect further gradual growth in sales, supported by lower interest rates, rising wages, and positive economic prospects. In the coming weeks, we will publish specific targets for this year,” he added.
In Q4 2025, Develia sold 845 units, compared with 497 a year earlier. The highest sales were recorded in Centralna Vita (Kraków), Południe Vita (Gdańsk), Unii Lubelskiej (Poznań), and Oliwska Vita and M Bemowo (Warsaw). Deliveries in the quarter totaled 996 units, versus 1,068 in Q4 2024.
