Defence.Hub S.A. (currently in the process of rebranding from Klabater S.A.), a company listed on NewConnect, and Rbeco sp. z o.o. have signed an investment agreement covering the production and sale of semi-finished products used in the industrial sector, including defense. The first transactions under the cooperation are planned for the fourth quarter of 2025. The partnership will also extend to the Ukrainian market. Under the agreement, Defence.Hub is providing a loan of PLN 430,000 to Rbeco.
Rbeco is a company with more than 20 years of experience in the paper and recycling industry, specializing in the acquisition and processing of raw materials. The company is also active on the Ukrainian market, where it implements projects in cooperation with local partners.
One of the new areas of Defence.Hub’s business development strategy is securing material supplies for entities operating in the defense sector. This includes the delivery of semi-finished products and new technologies applied in the production of specialized materials.
By combining the expertise of both companies, the partnership will create a strong platform for the development of innovative products for the defense sector. The cooperation integrates Defence.Hub’s business background with Rbeco’s product and technological know-how. An important element of this collaboration is Rbeco’s project in Ukraine, which will also be a recipient of the products developed under the partnership.
In addition, to support the implementation of the project and co-finance areas of cooperation, Defence.Hub has granted Rbeco a loan of PLN 430,000 with an annual interest rate of 15%. The repayment date has been set for December 31, 2025.
The partners have also expressed openness to establishing special-purpose entities and undertaking further joint investments in raw material processing and technology development for the defense sector.
