Median upper salary ranges for cybersecurity experts in Poland have reached their highest levels since early 2024 — climbing to PLN 30,200 net (+ VAT) on B2B contracts. Demand for talent is also accelerating rapidly, with cybersecurity roles now accounting for 2.5% of all job ads on the No Fluff Jobs platform.
Notably, soft skills and university degrees are rarely required — only 1 in 10 job listings mentions higher education, and communication or other interpersonal skills appear in barely 12% of postings. Instead, employers primarily look for technical expertise, especially in Python and cloud infrastructure management.
Current Salary Ranges (Median)
- B2B contract: PLN 23,500 – 30,200 net (+ VAT)
- Employment contract (UoP): PLN 20,000 – 25,000 gross
For comparison, at the beginning of 2024 these ranges were approximately PLN 21,000 – 27,000 net on B2B and PLN 15,000 – 21,500 gross on UoP. The previous peak was recorded at the end of Q2 2024.
Hiring Needs Are Surging
The number of job offers for cybersecurity professionals has doubled since Q1 2025. Today, they account for 2.5% of all IT job listings on No Fluff Jobs.

- Application Security Engineer (AppSec)
- Cloud Security Engineer
- SecOps Engineer
- SOC Analyst (Security Operations Center)
