As a result of the conclusion of the demand book construction for the series K share offering of the satellite producer and systems and satellite components, the issue price of one series K share has been set at 160 PLN. Creotech Instruments intends to offer a total of 475,000 ordinary bearer shares of Series K to selected investors. If all the offered Series K shares are subscribed at the determined issuing price, the gross value of the offer will amount to 76 million PLN. The offering was met with great interest by both institutional and individual investors.
“Following the schedule, we have completed the process of building the demand book and the Company’s Management Board decided to direct the offer to investors to subscribe for a total of 475,000 Series K shares at the issue price of 160 PLN per share. This amounts to 76 million PLN gross from investors, whose declarations we obtained in less than two months since we signed the record Mikroglob contract worth 453 million PLN net. Raising funds of this magnitude will significantly accelerate our development and support the implementation of the Mikroglob program, strategic for the security of Poland,” comments Dr. Grzegorz Brona, President of Creotech Instruments.
On December 20, 2024, Creotech reported the signing of a contract with the state treasury – Armament Agency for the production and supply of the Mikroglob Satellite Earth Observation System (SSOZ) covering phases B, C, D, E1. The contract is valued at 453 million PLN net (453 million PLN net) and is to be realized by March 31, 2027. Investments for the contract’s realization are planned to be partially funded by the issuance of Series K shares, with the remaining part coming from various installments during the realization of each stage of the program.
Last week (April 4th) the company was informed by the armament agency that the outcome documentation of B1 within the framework of realizing the contract for the production and delivery of the Mikroglob system had been approved. Thus, the company’s completion of phase B1, for which it is entitled a remuneration of 20.9 million PLN net. The company is steadily implementing different stages of this program, which is the largest contract in the history of the Polish space sector aimed at expanding the capability of the Polish Armed Forces in acquiring reconnaissance data based on satellite optoelectronic Earth observation systems.
In 2025, Creotech plans to launch 3 more satellites using HyperSat as part of the Piast project, which is coordinated by the Military University of Technology in Warsaw. The company is also involved in several prospective projects for the European Space Agency (ESA), such as Plasma Observatory, Space Weather Nanosatellites System Enhancement, Pan Twardowski mission, Visdoms SBOM, and developing key components allowing the connection of terrestrial private 5G networks in mmWave technology with 5G NTN (Non-Terrestrial Networks) satellite communication.
Last week, Creotech also signed a memorandum of understanding with a Swedish on-board computers manufacturer and cloud solutions supplier for the space industry (Unibap AB) to create a constellation of satellites for selected customers in the USA and Europe on February 11th with the Luxembourg company Odysseus Space SA, which specializes in delivering laser communication services between space and Earth.
Creotech Instruments is also focused on the development of quantum communication products. In 2026, it plans to concentrate on developing ready and proprietary solutions in the field of quantum technology and ultra-precise time synchronization.
The offering of the company’s Series K shares was supported by CC Group, as financial adviser and IR advisor, and Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. as the coordinator of the offer.
