COMPANIESCreotech Instruments Secured 76 Million PLN in Series K Stock Offering

Creotech Instruments, a Polish manufacturer of satellites, systems and satellite components, has announced that investors have subscribed for all 475,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company’s Series K offered in a public offering. The issue price for one share was set at PLN 160, meaning that the total value of the public offering reached PLN 76 million gross. The funds raised from the issue of shares will allow the Company to partially finance the Mikroglob project worth PLN 453 million net. In the following years, the Company aims to focus on the development of its product portfolio, including in the area of quantum communications and implementation of projects with ESA, as well as with commercial partners. The Series K share offering of the company was supported by CC Group – financial advisor and IR advisor, the coordinator of the offer was Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A.

“Our business model, based on two very promising sectors in the form of the space segment and the quantum segment, has enabled us to successfully close the Series K share offering and build the Book of Demand for all 475,000 shares at a price of 160 PLN per share. Thus, the company raised a gross PLN 76 million, which it intends to spend both on the implementation of the Mikroglob project and on investments that will contribute to an even faster rate of the Company’s growth. Our goal for the coming years is to achieve the position of a leading supplier of microsatellite technology in the European Union in defense and commercial projects. We also want to strongly develop the quantum segment, which is ultimately to become an equal pillar of our activities, alongside the space sector,” – commented Dr. Grzegorz Brona, President of the Board of Creotech Instruments S.A.

On December 20, 2024, Creotech Instruments announced the signing of a contract with the State Treasury – Weaponry Agency for the development and delivery of a Satellite System of Earth Observation (SSEO), “Mikroglob,” including phases B, C, D, E1. The value of the contract is PLN 453 million net (PLN 453 million net) and it is supposed to be realized by March 31, 2027. Investments for the execution of the contract are to be partially financed from the funds raised from the issue of series K shares, while the remaining part will come from the tranches obtained during the implementation of the various stages of the program.

Besides the Mikroglob project, in 2025, Creotech also plans to launch 3 further satellites based on HyperSat within the PIAST project. The company is also engaged in the implementation of several projects for the European Space Agency (ESA), such as the Plasma Observatory, Space Weather Nanosatellites System Enhancement, Pan Twardowski missions, Visdoms SBOM, and the development of key components that allow connecting terrestrial private 5G networks in mmWave technology with 5G NTN (Non-Terrestrial Networks) satellite communication.

Recently, the company also signed three so-called Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The first with the Swedish onboard computer and cloud solutions manufacturer for the space sector (Unibap AB) in order to create a constellation of satellites for selected US clients. The second with a Luxembourg company, Odysseus Space SA, specializing in the provision of laser communication services between space and Earth, and the third with 4iG Space and Defense Technologies, a Hungarian space and defense sector enterprise, to boost cooperation and competitiveness in the space industry across Central and Eastern Europe.

Creotech Instruments is also focusing on developing products in the field of quantum communication. In 2026, it plans, among others, to focus on developing completely original solutions in the field of quantum technologies and ultra-precise time synchronization.

The company’s Series K shares issuance was supported by CC Group – a financial advisor and an IR advisor, with the offering coordinated by Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A.
