As of 1 June 2026, the Supervisory Board of Bank Millennium appointed Marcin Dubno as a Member of the Management Board responsible for overseeing the management of risks material to Bank Millennium’s operations.
Marcin Dubno has more than 25 years of professional experience in banking. During this time, he has held managerial and executive positions related to credit risk, underwriting and decision-making processes. He developed his professional career at major commercial banks, including PKO BP, where from July 2025 he served as Managing Director responsible for Corporate and Business Banking Risk, and Santander Bank Polska, where he worked from 2009 to 2025, most recently as Deputy Chief Credit Officer.
He has been a member and chairman of credit committees, and has also been responsible for supervising risk assessment processes, credit decision-making and the functioning of underwriting structures. He managed large teams of risk specialists and participated in development and transformation projects in the area of credit processes.
He is a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He has completed and passed examinations at all three levels of the international Chartered Financial Analyst certification.
