CGI (TSX: GIB.A) (NYSE: GIB), one of the world’s largest independent IT and business consulting firms, announces the appointment of Niraj Sood as President of CGI operations in Finland, Poland, and the Baltic countries, effective October 1, 2025. Sood will lead a team of over 4,300 employees across five countries, with annual revenues exceeding 850 million Canadian dollars. He will succeed Leena-Mari Lähteenmaa as part of the company’s long-term and comprehensive succession plan. Lähteenmaa will serve as President until September 30, 2025, and will continue in an advisory role until the end of the calendar year before focusing on board work.
