COMPANIESBASEIG S.A. Completes Core Version of Its AI-Commerce Platform and Sets Commercialisation Timeline

BASEIG S.A., a NewConnect-listed company developing AI-commerce technologies, has announced the completion of the core version of its Baseig system – a multi-agent AI platform designed to support businesses selling in the e-commerce channel. The system integrates data analytics, offer personalisation and marketing automation within a single SaaS environment, using a diverse set of AI models and data from platforms such as WooCommerce, GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads. The company plans to begin commercial sales in the first half of 2026, followed by expansion into foreign markets in the second half of the year.

Work on the platform’s key functionalities was finalised on 24 November this year. The completed core version includes fully operational integrations with major e-commerce platforms, a multi-agent architecture for data analysis and recommendation generation, a marketing automation module (including PPC optimisation and product recommendations), and an AI-based customer-segmentation system. The platform has been designed with a strong focus on data security and GDPR compliance, using only first-party data processed in the cloud. The company is now finalising optimisation modules and components responsible for user onboarding.

“The completion of the core system is a milestone for us. We are demonstrating that it is possible to create an advanced multi-agent solution that integrates analytics, personalisation and marketing automation in a single environment. This is the foundation on which we will build the next stages of development and commercialisation,” said Kamil Stanek, CEO of Baseig S.A.

At the same time, the Management Board of BASEIG S.A. has approved a commercialisation strategy and timeline for the system, consisting of five key phases.

The first phase is the public launch of the platform, scheduled for November 2025. During this event, Baseig will present the system, initiate its PR and marketing campaign, and open an early-access programme for selected online stores. The company will also begin building a community of testers who will participate in further development of the tool.

Subsequent stages include:
a trial version launch in Q1–Q2 2026, along with wider user registrations and infrastructure-scalability tests;
commercial sales launch in the first half of 2026, including paid subscriptions and a partner programme;
an intensive scaling phase in 2026–2027, covering international expansion and further system integrations;
continuous optimisation and development of new modules, including advanced AI functionalities such as a customer-service agent and a pricing agent.

“The commercialisation roadmap is a natural continuation of our technological progress. Each stage has been planned to ensure stable implementation and consistent platform development. We are confident that the Baseig platform will meaningfully support the growth of e-commerce businesses and become one of the region’s key AI tools,” Stanek added.

Finalising the core version of the system and approving the commercialisation schedule mark a major step toward preparing the platform for market rollout, which is expected to directly strengthen the company’s long-term value.

Global forecasts confirm the dynamic growth of AI in e-commerce: according to Precedence Research, the market is projected to expand from USD 7.25 billion in 2024 to more than USD 64 billion by 2034.
