Baseig S.A., a technology company listed on the NewConnect market, has successfully completed the closed testing phase of its paid SaaS platform, reaching PLN 35,000 in monthly recurring revenue (MRR). The company’s proprietary Multi-Agent AI algorithms, which independently optimise marketing campaigns, have also proven effective in Baseig’s own R&D environment. Its in-house e-commerce brand generated almost PLN 105,000 in revenue in April, growing by 107% month on month. The public launch of the platform is planned for June.

Baseig is responding to a growing problem in the e-commerce sector: declining profitability, rising customer acquisition costs (CAC) and the waste of advertising budgets. Its solution is described as the first autonomous ecosystem of AI agents that is not merely an advisory tool, but a system that fully takes over responsibility for marketing, analytics and customer strategy.

The company has announced a key step in its development: a successful transition from the technology-building phase to commercialisation. Closed, paid beta deployments of the system generated PLN 35,000 in MRR, providing a solid foundation ahead of the planned launch of the open SaaS platform in June. Instead of only incurring the costs of training AI models, Baseig develops and trains its neural networks in a real business environment, using its own clothing brand, “Geschaft”.

“We are not building a vision without a business model. Baseig does not only recommend actions; it actually generates growth. Our e-commerce brand, which began selling just three months ago, achieved revenue of PLN 104,600 in April, representing growth of 107% compared with March. This is the best proof for our future customers that Baseig’s algorithms are capable of building scalable and profitable sales from scratch in a short time,” said Kamil Stanek, CEO of Baseig S.A.

Baseig’s technological advantage is based on a Multi-Agent System architecture. Instead of a single general AI model, the platform uses cooperating layers: Intelligence, responsible for data processing; Decision Engine, responsible for scenario planning; Execution, responsible for autonomous budget management; and Reinforcement, responsible for continuous performance improvement through a feedback loop.

The system processes hard data from more than 70 analytical algorithms built on three years of real e-commerce operations, creating a significant barrier to entry for potential competitors. Moreover, Baseig says it is one of the few platforms on the market to offer deep integration with systems such as Claude, becoming an autonomous “brain” that manages Meta Ads, Google Ads and online store platforms in real time.

The launch of the open SaaS platform is only one of the company’s monetisation pillars. Baseig also reported an advanced pipeline of B2B talks concerning technology licensing.

“We are conducting advanced talks with major entities from various sectors — from entertainment, media and education to FMCG and real estate. The negotiations concern commercial access to our intelligence layer in order to integrate and optimise large corporate datasets. We expect details of the first partnerships at the turn of June and July,” added Kamil Stanek.

Baseig has ultimately been designed as a “global-first” technology. Following successful business validation on the Polish market, the company’s next strategic goal is expansion into the United States, where it has already established a subsidiary.
