Bank Pekao S.A. has granted the eSky Group, owner of a leading platform in Central-Eastern Europe selling products and services in 50 countries, a financing package of PLN 285 million in the form of a syndicated term and revolving loan. The financing package consists of a term loan, including financing for the acquisition of Thomas Cook (the world’s oldest brand in the tourist market), and a renewable RCF loan to finance working capital and general corporate purposes of the Group.

eSky Group is a key player in the Online Travel Agencies (OTA) segment in Western Europe and South American markets. The company offers a diversified range of travel products, including flights, accommodation, city breaks, and vacations in the form of dynamic packages, complemented by additional products such as insurance, car hire, airport transfers, sports event tickets, concerts, and numerous attractions. The dynamic packages of City Break and Holiday make eSky a tour operator, and this product is covered by the Tourist Guarantee Fund (TFG) in accordance with the law on tourist services.

In 2023, the company achieved an EBITDA result of more than PLN 81 million with PLN 3.5 billion in revenue, serving 3.3 million customers worldwide. In 2023, the eSky Group was recognized by Forbes as the most valuable Polish e-commerce company in the tourism industry.
