Bank Pekao, in consortium with mBank S.A., has jointly provided financing to the cyber_Folks Group amounting to approximately PLN 730 million. This funding includes acquisition financing for the purchase of 49.9% of shares in Shoper S.A., a company specialising in providing e-commerce solutions. The new capital will facilitate further growth and strengthen the company’s position in the e-commerce market.

cyber_Folks is an IT technology firm that delivers comprehensive solutions necessary for day-to-day online business to enterprises of various sizes, along with tools that support business process automation. Shoper’s core offering is an e-commerce platform that operates on a subscription model, facilitating the creation and operation of online stores.
