The Annual General Meeting of B-Act S.A., a company listed on the NewConnect market, has approved the payment of a dividend of PLN 0.09 per share, representing a 12.5% year-on-year increase. The total dividend payout will amount to PLN 881,000 gross. The shareholders’ decision is in line with the earlier recommendation of the Management Board and the positive opinion of the Supervisory Board.
The dividend record date has been set for 10 June 2026, while the payment date is scheduled for 24 June 2026. This means that B-Act will share its profit with shareholders for the third consecutive year, consistently implementing its policy of building value for investors.
The Annual General Meeting of B-Act shareholders, held on 25 May, adopted a resolution on the distribution of profit for the 2025 financial year. Under the resolution, PLN 881,000 gross will be allocated to the dividend payment, corresponding to PLN 0.09 per share. The remaining part of the profit, amounting to PLN 922,000, will be transferred to supplementary capital, supporting the company’s further development and maintaining its stable financial position.
The dividend payment reflects B-Act’s consistently implemented growth strategy and the expanding scale of its operations. The company has been steadily improving its operating and financial results for several years. In 2025, B-Act generated PLN 33.0 million in revenue, an increase of 18.2% year on year. Net profit reached PLN 1.8 million, up 6.4% compared with 2024. The strong results also contributed to a further strengthening of the company’s financial position. At the end of December 2025, B-Act held PLN 6 million in cash.
The Management Board emphasizes that regularly sharing profit with shareholders remains an important element of the company’s long-term policy of building credibility and attractiveness on the capital market.
“This year’s decision by the General Meeting is particularly important for us because it confirms that B-Act is developing in a stable, predictable and long-term manner. From the beginning, we assumed that shareholders should participate in the effects of the company’s growth, which is why we have consistently pursued a policy of sharing the profit we generate. At the same time, we maintain a very strong financial position, which allows us both to pay dividends and continue investing in development. We want to build a company that systematically increases its value and remains a reliable partner for investors,” said Adam Białachowski, President of B-Act.
Last year, B-Act paid shareholders a total gross dividend of PLN 783,400, corresponding to PLN 0.08 per share. Since its debut on the NewConnect market, the company has already distributed more than PLN 2.3 million to investors in the form of dividends.
