ATAL S.A. shareholders have approved the distribution of the company’s profit generated in 2025. A total of PLN 194.67 million will be allocated to dividend payments, equivalent to PLN 4.5 gross per share.
ATAL reported net profit of PLN 221.19 million for 2025. Apart from the amount earmarked for shareholders, the remaining part of the profit will be transferred to the company’s supplementary capital.
The dividend record date has been set for July 15, 2026, while the payment date is scheduled for October 1, 2026.
ATAL’s total dividends to exceed PLN 1.64 billion
Zbigniew Juroszek, President of the Management Board of ATAL S.A., said the decision continues the company’s long-term commitment to sharing profits with shareholders, a policy announced when ATAL debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2015.
“We are consistently delivering on the commitment ATAL made when it debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2015: to share the profits generated with shareholders and build value for them over the long term. Another dividend payment of nearly PLN 195 million confirms the Group’s financial strength and the stability of our business model. Following this year’s payment, the total value of dividends paid to shareholders since ATAL’s market debut will exceed PLN 1.64 billion,” said Zbigniew Juroszek.
ATAL expands through the acquisition of Budner Group assets
The company is also expanding its land bank and preparing further residential developments. At the end of April, ATAL announced that it had signed a preliminary agreement to acquire shares in companies belonging to the Budner Group, along with properties owned by the group.
The transaction value was set at PLN 133.5 million. The amount covers both the shares in the companies and the real estate assets, while the agreement includes a price-adjustment mechanism.
Through the transaction, ATAL is expected to gain the opportunity to develop residential projects in the Tri-City area with a combined usable residential space of approximately 70,000 square metres. The company has already received approval from the President of Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection to take control of the Budner Group.
