Archicom, a nationwide residential developer and part of the Echo Group, sold 1,321 units in the first half of 2026, compared with 1,162 units a year earlier. In the second quarter alone, the company signed 719 developer and preliminary agreements and handed over 425 apartments to customers. The results confirm stable sales activity and the consistent implementation of the company’s operational schedule, while its full-year strategic targets remain unchanged.
Stable Sales Across Poland’s Six Largest Markets
In the second quarter of 2026, Archicom maintained a balanced sales structure across all the markets in which it operates. The highest number of apartments was sold in Warsaw, with 185 units, followed by Poznań with 157, Łódź with 152 and Wrocław with 147. Since the beginning of the year, the company has sold a total of 1,321 units, improving on the result recorded in the corresponding period of 2025.
“The first half of the year confirms that we are consistently implementing our development strategy. Our strengths remain our geographically diversified offering and a portfolio tailored to the needs of different customer groups. In 2026, we are focusing on strengthening our position in key markets, particularly Warsaw, expanding our mainstream segment and further improving operational efficiency. The mainstream segment is currently one of the main drivers of our growth, and we expect its share of total sales to increase to approximately 50% by the end of the year, while maintaining a strong premium offering,” said Justyna Kawa, CFO and Management Board Member at Archicom.
More Than 1,000 Apartments Handed Over to Customers
In the second quarter, Archicom handed over 425 units to customers, compared with 380 units a year earlier. Since the beginning of 2026, the company has completed 1,137 handovers, up from 404 units in the corresponding period of the previous year. The highest number of apartments was handed over in Poznań, with 269 units, followed by Warsaw with 62, Wrocław with 51, Łódź with 37 and Kraków with six.
“We are maintaining our operational targets for 2026, which assume sales of between 3,200 and 3,500 apartments and the handover of between 3,000 and 3,200 units. The schedule of projects currently under development means that, as in previous years, the second half of the year will be significantly more intensive in terms of launching new projects, sales and apartment handovers. Our plans for new developments allow us to remain optimistic about achieving this year’s targets,” said Justyna Kawa, CFO and Management Board Member at Archicom.
The first-half results mark another stage in the implementation of Archicom’s long-term strategy, which is focused on strengthening the company’s position in Poland’s largest residential markets and expanding its offering in segments that reflect customers’ current needs.
