COMPANIESArchicom Ends 2025 with Record Sales and the Highest Handovers in Its History

Archicom closed 2025 with record sales and the highest number of home handovers in its history, confirming the effectiveness of its strategy to increase its share of the Polish housing market. Over the year, the company sold 2,847 apartments, representing a 30% increase compared with 2024. In the fourth quarter alone, Archicom signed 1,066 sales contracts and handed over 1,020 apartments to buyers.

Steady growth driven by diversification across market segments

The strong results were primarily driven by a gradual recovery in demand, supported by improved access to mortgage financing and the consistent expansion of the company’s offering, particularly in the mass-market segment. Archicom effectively addressed the needs of owner-occupiers by offering a broad portfolio of projects with functional layouts and rational apartment sizes, while maintaining high construction quality. The record sales achieved in 2025 provide a solid earnings base for the coming years and confirm the company’s organizational maturity in terms of operating scale, portfolio diversification, and operational efficiency.

“Throughout 2025, we proved that we have the right product, efficient processes, and sales competencies that allow us to perform effectively even in changing market conditions. Record sales—nearly 2,850 apartments over the year and a very strong fourth quarter with more than 1,060 contracts signed—are the result of consistent strategy execution and a well-tailored offer that reflects real customer needs. In the final quarter, Archicom also completed numerous land acquisitions to secure future growth and achieve our target of selling 4,000 apartments annually,” said Waldemar Olbryk, President of the Management Board of Archicom.

Highest number of handovers in the Group’s history

In 2025, Archicom delivered a total of 2,138 apartments to customers, an increase of 99% year on year. The handover of 200 apartments from one project was shifted from December to January, with the associated revenue to be recognized in the subsequent reporting period, strengthening results at the start of the year.

“In the fourth quarter alone, we handed over more than 1,000 apartments to our customers, and 2,138 in total for the full year. This is the highest result in the Group’s history and nearly double the number of handovers recorded in 2024. Thanks to efficient processes and strong team synergies, we obtained occupancy permits for six projects during this period and initiated handover procedures, which will have a positive impact on our financial results for 2025. In 2026, we are continuing our growth strategy and are fully prepared to reach further milestones,” added Justyna Kawa, CFO and Management Board Member of Archicom.

Looking ahead to 2026, Archicom plans to launch a significant number of new projects and further expand its operations in both apartment sales and handovers, positioning itself for another record-breaking year. At the same time, the company will celebrate its 40th anniversary on the market. The jubilee will be accompanied by events highlighting Archicom’s decades of experience, which form the foundation for delivering future projects for the benefit of customers and investors.
