Ailleron Signs Framework Agreement with Credit Agricole Bank Polska for Innovative Technology Services

COMPANIESAilleron Signs Framework Agreement with Credit Agricole Bank Polska for Innovative Technology Services

Ailleron has signed a framework agreement with Credit Agricole Bank Polska for cooperation in providing consulting services. The agreement includes testing and implementing innovative solutions utilizing the latest technologies, with a particular emphasis on generative artificial intelligence (AI). The agreement will be settled on a “time & materials” basis. This is another contract in the Financial Technology Services area, with the company’s solutions previously used by Santander Leasing and ING Bank Śląski, among others.

“We are entering a new stage of our collaboration with Credit Agricole Bank Polska with great enthusiasm. The signing of this framework agreement opens up broad opportunities for us to implement and test innovative technological solutions, particularly in the area of generative AI. Our previous experience in delivering the Customer Data Platform solution has resulted in significant improvements in the bank’s processes, and now we are ready to jointly introduce further innovative solutions. We believe this collaboration will benefit both parties, strengthening our position in the financial technology market and contributing to the further development of Credit Agricole,” says Maciej Kasprzak, General Manager Financial Technology Services.

Ailleron’s previous solution, the Customer Data Platform, has enhanced the efficient collection, processing, and delivery of data to the appropriate units and systems of Credit Agricole in near real-time. The agreement has been concluded for an indefinite period.

Credit Agricole operates in the retail, corporate, agricultural, small and medium-sized enterprises, and consumer finance banking sectors. It is part of the Crédit Agricole Group, one of the 10 largest banks in the world by asset value, operating in 48 countries worldwide and serving over 52 million customers. Supporting such an entity opens up broad paths for even greater recognition of the company.

“The agreement with Credit Agricole shows that the adopted FTS (Financial Technology Services) development strategy is yielding results. We decided to focus on delivering high-quality services for the financial industry. We have extensive experience in cooperation with banks and other financial entities, which allows us to be a competitive player on the technology scene. We are on the way to creating one of the most specialized software houses for financial industry entities in Europe,” adds Maciej Kasprzak.

The company benefits from technological trends, and its extensive structure allows it to deliver services regardless of the geographical location of its clients.
