Ailleron Group announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2025, indicating significant growth in key business areas.

Consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 143.84 million, representing an increase of nearly 35% year-on-year (YoY) compared to PLN 106.72 million in the same period of 2024. Exports accounted for as much as 78% of the Group’s revenues, with foreign sales totaling PLN 112.3 million, which translated into a growth of over 37% YoY. According to the company, this dynamic revenue growth was driven by both organic development and the consolidation of results from acquired companies Core3 (since January 2025) and number8 (since Q2 2024).

Profitability indicators also improved significantly: EBITDA rose by 51% to PLN 20.8 million compared to PLN 13.8 million in Q1 2024. Operating profit reached PLN 15.11 million, marking a 48% increase YoY. Meanwhile, consolidated net profit amounted to PLN 4.55 million compared to PLN 7.44 million a year earlier, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was PLN 0.66 million (compared to PLN 1.56 million in Q1 2024). It should be noted that net profit was impacted by one-off accounting factors, such as amortization of customer relationships from number8 (PLN 2.2 million) and reversal of balance sheet valuations (PLN 5.7 million), which the company highlighted in its statement.

The Technology Services segment, operating within the Software Mind Group, reported revenues of PLN 127.6 million, up 41% compared to the previous year. Operating profit for this segment was PLN 17.2 million, resulting in an operating margin of 13%. The FinTech segment maintained revenues close to the previous year’s level (PLN 15.6 million), while operating loss decreased to PLN 2.3 million, an improvement of PLN 0.3 million YoY. This result was partially influenced by seasonality and shifts in tender schedules.

Newly appointed CEO Sławomir Soszyński emphasized that the first quarter of 2025 confirmed the effectiveness of the Group’s strategy. The focus on innovative technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and business process automation, together with expansion into foreign markets, forms the foundation for Ailleron’s continued growth. The CEO also pointed to the growing role of the Technology Services segment as the main driver of the Group’s revenue growth.

Among the most important events during the period was the launch of a strategic options review regarding the shareholding package in the subsidiary Software Mind, carried out jointly with the Enterprise Investors fund. This process aims to maximize shareholder value and further strengthen the Group’s position in key business areas. In May 2025, there was also a management change — Sławomir Soszyński took over as CEO, replacing Rafał Styczeń, who moved to the supervisory board.
