Agnieszka Krupa will replace Piotr Ruszowski in the role of Managing Director of Allianz Partners Poland (also operating under the Mondial Assistance brand). Her 25-years of managerial experience is expected to assist the company in implementing future developmental changes.
Agnieszka Krupa will take over the reins of the market leader in assistance services in Poland from April 1st. This will be a return for her to the organisation that she co-created from scratch. Until the end of March, she will carry out her role as the Global Head of Underwriting and Products in the tourism sector at Allianz Partners. For several years, she held managerial positions at Allianz Partners, including: Managing Director of Allianz Partners Czech Republic & Slovakia, Director of the Travel Competence Centre, Market Management Director, Sales and Marketing Director at Mondial Assistance, and Financial Director at Mondial Assistance/Elvia Travel Insurance Poland.

Agnieszka Krupa has contributed significantly to the development of the Allianz Partners Group during her more than 25-year-term. She transformed the underwriting and product functions in the field of travel insurance into a completely new (vertical) operational model; she supported the reorganisation of Allianz Partners’ tourism business following the COVID-19 pandemic, driving strong growth and implementing strategic corrective measures; she successfully managed the implementation of products ensuring a competitive, balanced product offering.
From April 1st, Piotr Ruszowski moves to the Allianz Group, where as a board member of TUiR Allianz Polska S.A. and TU Allianz Życie Polska S.A. he will be responsible for sales through external channels. His domain will be dealers, multi-agencies, financial brokers, strategic and banking partners (excluding Santander Allianz) and life brokers.
