Brother Polska is strengthening its competencies in Managed Print Services, with Agata Feltynowska joining the company’s MPS team.

Agata Feltynowska brings to Brother Polska more than five years of experience in contract administration, financial process management and customer service in an international business environment. In recent years, she developed her expertise at Jones Lang LaSalle, where she was responsible for contract administration, settlements, database management, and the coordination of operational and financial processes.

At Brother Polska, she is responsible for the comprehensive administrative support of Managed Print Services (MPS). Her duties include overseeing settlements, verifying contracts, supporting customers and business partners, and coordinating processes related to the operation of the Brother Cloud MPS platform. Agata also monitors device activity, supports users with technical requests, coordinates logistics processes related to consumables, and prepares procedures aimed at improving the operation of MPS services.

Her experience in contract analysis, procurement process management, reporting, and cooperation with cross-functional teams provides valuable support for the further development of Managed Print Services at Brother Polska. In her previous roles, she was responsible, among other areas, for optimising operational processes, coordinating team work, managing budgets, handling Procure-to-Pay processes, and developing cooperation standards with customers and suppliers.

By strengthening its MPS team, Brother Polska will continue to develop its operational competencies, improve processes related to customer and partner support, and increase the efficiency of the Brother Cloud MPS platform. Agata Feltynowska’s competencies will provide important support in further enhancing service quality and building long-term relationships with partners.
