The outsourcing industry in Poland continues to grow, with rising demand for workforce solutions, particularly in manual labor sectors. An increasing number of international corporations rely on outsourcing firms to meet their labor needs. Recognizing this trend, T2S Group, which has operated in Poland for nearly eight years, has now expanded into the UK with the launch of its fifth subsidiary—T2S Group UK Limited.
Expanding Operations to the UK Market
Renata Wozba and Marlena Svensson, experienced entrepreneurs who have successfully led four outsourcing firms in Poland, are now spearheading T2S Group UK Ltd.
The T2S Group specializes in workforce and process outsourcing, serving major logistics and industrial leaders, including InPost—which itself expanded into the UK market 12 years ago and has since become a leading e-commerce delivery provider.
Why the UK? A Strategic Market Choice
The decision to enter the UK market was not random. T2S Group’s leadership began researching the UK outsourcing market two years ago, conducting in-depth market analyses and consulting with the British Embassy in Poland.
Despite strong logistics and industrial sectors in Germany and the Netherlands, the UK presented a unique opportunity. The British market is undergoing significant investments in logistics infrastructure, creating demand for workforce outsourcing.
- InPost plans to invest £600 million in the UK by 2029 to expand its parcel locker network and logistics infrastructure.
- These investments are expected to create up to 12,000 new jobs in the UK.
- Panattoni, another major player, is developing a large logistics center in Swindon, projected to generate over 11,000 jobs and contribute £1.2 billion to the UK economy.
“Our expansion into the UK was preceded by two significant meetings. On January 17, 2024, I had the honor of meeting British Prime Minister Keir Starmer as part of a select group of Polish entrepreneurs investing in the UK.
The Prime Minister confirmed the British government’s support for Polish businesses operating in the UK,”
— Renata Wozba, CEO of T2S Group UK Ltd.
A week later, the T2S Group executive team met with Piotr Wilczek, Polish Ambassador to the UK, in London to discuss:
- The role of Polish entrepreneurs in the UK economy.
- Job creation through Polish investments.
- Legal and financial aspects of operating a business in the UK.
- Opportunities for growth, especially post-Brexit.
“Both meetings were a great honor for us and a testament to the growing importance of Polish businesses in the UK,”
— Renata Wozba.
Polish Business with a British Approach
The UK government is actively supporting Polish businesses, recognizing the economic benefits of Polish investments. The launch of T2S Group UK Ltd. aligns with this approach, bringing new job opportunities and collaborations with major international brands.
“We have already conducted our first business meetings and recruitment processes for the UK market.
Our goal is to bring a recognizable and trustworthy brand to the UK while expanding our international team with new specialists,”
— Marlena Svensson, CEO of T2S Group UK Ltd.
T2S Group’s Business Model Adapts to the UK Market
While T2S Group’s business model in the UK builds on its successful Polish operations, it has been adapted to comply with UK regulations.
- The company has established its UK office in the Innovation Centre at Warwick Technology Park.
- The first UK hires include recruiters, coordinators, accountants, and legal specialists.
- The UK branch is supported by the experienced T2S team in Poland.
“Watching Polish entrepreneurs succeed in the UK, we see huge growth potential for T2S Group UK Ltd.
Polish companies in the logistics and industrial sectors are creating new jobs, and as specialists in workforce and process outsourcing, we can support their operations while strengthening the reputation of Polish businesses in the UK,”
— Renata Wozba.
“Our extensive experience in building international teams and strong know-how position us as a trusted business partner. Expanding into the UK is an important step—but not the last—in our growth journey.”
With its UK expansion underway, T2S Group continues to solidify its position as a leading outsourcing provider, bridging Polish expertise with international business opportunities.
