The Accor hotel group reported a 3.1% year-on-year revenue increase at constant exchange rates in the third quarter of 2025. The company also raised its recurring EBITDA growth forecast to 11–12%, emphasizing the resilience of its business model amid a volatile global economic environment.

Solid Performance Across Key Segments
In the third quarter of 2025, Accor generated €1.369 billion in revenue, representing a 0.1% increase at constant exchange rates compared with the same period in 2024.
- In the Premium, Midscale & Economy segment, revenues declined by 1.1%,
- While in the Luxury & Lifestyle segment, revenues rose by 0.2%.
The Group’s RevPAR (revenue per available room) remained stable year over year, with a slight decline in the Premium, Midscale & Economy segment offset by growth in the Luxury & Lifestyle segment. Accor continues to forecast RevPAR growth of 3–4% for full-year 2025.
Network Expansion Continues
From July to September 2025, Accor opened 77 hotels, adding 11,200 rooms to its global portfolio — equivalent to a net annual increase of 2.5%.
As of September 30, 2025, the Group’s portfolio comprised:
- 5,760 hotels, totaling 859,830 rooms, and
- An additional 1,453 hotels (over 250,000 rooms) currently in the pipeline.
