Developer 7R to supply two more warehouses for InPost. Projects totalling 20,000 sqm of modern warehouse space are being built in Pomerania: at 7R Park Gdańsk IV and at 7R Park Słupsk.
7R, a property developer, will provide two more warehouses for InPost, the parcel locker provider. The recently created 7R Park Słupsk, with an area of over 9,000 sqm, has been entirely rented by InPost. InPost also rented 11,000 sqm of space at 7R Park Gdańsk, which is designed in the latest standard of low-emission buildings, 7R Green Saver. These buildings achieve the highest level of BREAM certification in continental Europe at the Outstanding level. With their technical solutions, 7R Green Saver standard buildings generate significant energy savings and achieve at least 50% reduction in operational CO2 emissions, and over 50% reduction in primary energy demand compared to Polish technical conditions.
“This is possible thanks to the use of high-efficiency air heat pumps, photovoltaic installation, and BMS system. Our cooperation with InPost is developing not only in terms of the number of buildings but also their technical standards. 7R warehouses set new standards in the industry, and their high operational efficiency translates into benefits for tenants, such as lower operating costs and better working conditions for employees,” explains Magdalena Kostjan, Head of Leasing, 7R.
Both buildings are excellently located. 7R Park Gdańsk IV is located near the Tri-City bypass and the Owczarnia junction, ensuring convenient transportation conditions. “The proximity to residential estates such as Osowa and surrounding towns such as Żukowo and Kartuzy guarantees a large personnel base. The park is almost fully rented, with only the final module of around 4,000 sqm left to lease. Another 80,000 sqm is being built at 7R Park Gdańsk III, and we are planning more projects in Pomerania,” says Marzena Taube, Leasing & Development Director 7R. The general contractor for the building is Dekpol, and the construction work is near completion.
7R Park Słupsk, entirely rented by InPost, is located just 200m from the S6 express road, 7km from Słupsk, and 110 km from Gdańsk. The general contractor of the project is also Dekpol. The planned completion of the project will take place in the third quarter of 2025.
